Our office is located at 5185 Peachtree Pkwy, the Forum in Peachtree Corners on Peachtree Parkway. The location is a lovely outdoor shopping plaza right on Peachtree Parkway with plenty of free open parking. We are in the building with the Trader Joes, Jos. A. Bank, Hallmark, and Newks Eatery. We recommend parking in the back lot and entering through the glass double doors with 5185 labeled above it. The elevator will be in the middle of the hallway. Our brand new office is located on the 3rd floor in Suite number 365. It is a beautiful new space especially designed to provide a comfortable and personalized patient experience. Go left off the elevators and pass the restrooms. We will be on your left ready to welcome you.
